Biography:

Tammy M. Martin has practiced law in Wichita since her graduation from Washburn University School of Law in 1987. She practices in the areas of bankruptcy, estate planning, probate and elder law. Her articles on “Bankruptcy, The U.C.C., and the Farmer PIK Payments” and “Kansas Comparative Negligence Law – An Operational Analysis” were published in the Washburn Law Journal. She is a member of Wichita and Kansas Bar Associations as well as the Wichita Women’s Attorneys Association and the Kansas Women’s Attorneys Association. She is a past president of the Kansas Collection Attorneys Association and the Wichita Collection Attorneys. She has been a member of the Andale Chamber of Commerce since its formation and has served as its president.
