Susan G. Saidian graduated from Washburn University School of Law with Dean's Honors in 1988. She was admitted to practice before the Kansas Bar in 1988 and is also licensed to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit, U.S. District Court of Kansas and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court of the District of Kansas. She is a member of the Wichita Bar Association, The Kansas Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Kansas Women Attorney's Association, and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. She represents individuals and small business debtors in bankruptcy proceedings both as debtors and creditors in reorganization and liquidation proceedings and has worked representing a trustee. She has served on the Kansas Bankruptcy Bench Bar Committee and is currently serves as a Trustee with the Kansas Bar Foundation.
