Biography:
D. Michael Case has been practicing law in Kansas since 1972. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. He earned his J.D. in 1971 from Washburn University School of Law located in Topeka, Kansas. He has served on the panel of bankruptcy trustees for the District of Kansas since 1987. He is the author of "Breach of Warranty-Rights and Obligations," published in the Journal of Air Law and Commerce, Vol. 47, No. 4, 1982. A member of the Wichita, Kansas and American Bar Associations, Mike also was a member of the Corporate Counsel Society of Wichita where he served as President in 1980 and is former Corporate Counsel, Cessna Finance Corporation. He has also served as a director of several local area banks. He is active in the Wichita Bar Association serving on the Ethics and Civil Practice committees. His practice areas include Business Law; Commercial Law; Reorganization; Bankruptcy Law; Banking Law; Telecommunication Law.
