Biography:
John E. Foulston has been in practice since 1966, with a very wide range of experiences. He began his career as an associate and later partner in the firm now known as Foulston & Siefkin. While there, he concentrated in insurance defense and business trial work. He then served as a judge in Sedgwick County, where he handled a wide range of cases. Following that, he joined the Farm Credit Banks, where he served first as General Counsel and later as President of the Banks. Following that, he served as United States Trustee, where he supervised the operations of the bankruptcy trustees in a three state area. He returned to private practice, where he practiced family law, business law and aviation law. He obtained his certification in Mediation from the State of Kansas and did a considerable amount of alternative dispute resolution. He served as President of the Wichita Bar Association in 2003-2004 and as President of the Wichita Rotary Club, 2005-2006. In April 2005, he joined CMZW as Special Counsel, where continue his family law, business and alternative dispute resolutions practice.
