Family Law

The firm includes a lawyer who has served as a judge in the Family Law Department of the court.  He has also practices extensively in the family law area for many years.  It is recognized that all family law matters are very important to those involved and the lawyers who practice in this area truly care about the client’s case.  We strive to promote amicable settlements which result in a win-win for all parties, particularly where child custody and visitation issues are concerned.  On the other hand, sometimes emotions or other matters make it unwise to settle the case, which requires us to do a careful preparation for and aggressive trial proceedings.  Case, Moses, Zimmerman & Martin is prepared to handle all sorts of family law matters, from the straightforward divorce to the highly contested multi-million dollar marital estate trial.  We also handle custody, visitation and child support matters.
