Alternative Dispute Resolution

Case, Moses, Zimmerman & Wilson is equipped to handle all types of Alternative Dispute Resolution.  We have trained, Kansas approved mediators in Civil and Family Law.  We have experience as mediators in large civil cases, domestic matters and many other types of disputes.  We have attorneys who have served as arbitrators, special masters, guardians ad litem and Case Managers.  While not all matters are amenable to some form of Alternative Dispute Resolution, we explore that alternative in all of our contested matters to see if we can resolve the matter more cheaply and with less time than taking the normal litigation route.
